Wagering multiple
The number that decides how much you must stake. Higher multiples mean the bonus is worth far less than its headline value.
Expiry window
Bonus credit usually dies on a clock. If the window is short and your budget is small, the offer may not be realistic for you.
Maximum bet while wagering
Exceed the cap on a single stake and the bonus can be voided entirely — this is the single most common way players lose an offer.
Game weighting
Not every game contributes equally. A title at 10% weighting means R100 staked counts as R10 toward the requirement.
Max convertible win

Worked example
How the maths actually lands
Say a bonus is worth R100 with a 5x wagering requirement and slots weighted at 100%. You must place R500 of qualifying slot stakes before any remaining bonus balance converts to cash. Each spin chips away at that total whether it wins or loses — so the real question is whether your bankroll can comfortably cycle R500 inside the expiry window without exceeding the max-bet cap.
Change the weighting to 20% and the same R500 of stakes only counts as R100 toward the requirement. Same headline bonus, five times the work. That is why the weighting table matters more than the bonus size.
